Cisco TAC Engineer with hands-on experience across SD-WAN and Catalyst switching platforms. Currently on the SD-WAN team, troubleshooting vManage cluster failures, controller upgrades, IPsec/BFD tunnel issues, OMP routing problems, and policy misconfigurations for global enterprise customers.
Previously built deep expertise on the Switching team across Catalyst 2K–9K platforms — STP convergence, StackWise/VSS failures, IOS-XE upgrades (ISSU/eFSU), High-CPU diagnostics, and TCAM utilization. Huawei ICT World Champion 2025, representing Jordan against 39 countries.
Started out on enterprise switching at Seven Gate LLC, then moved into service provider routing at Huawei — tuning OSPF and BGP and resolving Layer 3 issues in live customer networks before joining Cisco TAC.
Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Al-Balqa' Applied University. CCNP Enterprise certified (ENCOR + ENSDWI, 2026) and currently preparing for the CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure.

Cisco SD-WAN Full Implementation
Designed and deployed a complete Cisco SD-WAN fabric from scratch as part of my university capstone project — simulating a real enterprise multi-site deployment.
- Built full controller infrastructure — vManage, vSmart, vBond — and integrated edge devices into an existing enterprise network
- Configured QoS, security, and application-aware routing policies across the SD-WAN overlay to ensure optimal traffic handling per-site
- Established IPsec tunnels with BFD monitoring between all sites for encrypted, resilient WAN connectivity
- Implemented OMP route distribution and control policies for intelligent path selection and failover
- Delivered training sessions for team members covering SD-WAN operations, day-to-day management, and troubleshooting procedures
Enterprise Campus Network Design
Designed and implemented a multi-layer campus network architecture using Cisco Catalyst switches with full redundancy and high availability.
- Built a 3-tier campus architecture — access, distribution, and core layers using Catalyst switches
- Configured HSRP/VRRP for gateway redundancy and EtherChannel for link aggregation
- Implemented OSPF for dynamic routing and STP tuning for loop-free L2 topology
- Deployed VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, DHCP services, and port security across the network
Huawei ICT — Network Track Solution
Led Team Jordan to 1st place at the World Final by designing and deploying a complete enterprise network under competition constraints.
- Designed and implemented multi-vendor enterprise routing with OSPF, BGP, and VPN overlays
- Configured Huawei switches and routers under strict time pressure with zero error tolerance

EVE-NG Home Lab Environment
Set up a fully functional network lab environment for CCNP study and TAC case reproduction using EVE-NG on personal hardware.
- Configured EVE-NG with Cisco vIOS, IOS-XE, and Ubuntu images for multi-platform testing
